EKS Lesson Four Developing two hand coordination
I would work through this study methodically, practising the chord changes. It may be worthwhile just running through two changes, by looping say the first eight bars and then the second eight bars, before taking the whole study in one go. However, the key is to keep going even if the change is not smooth at first.
When playing the study (Exercise 7). On the descending scales of D and A, the keyboard player should bring the 4th finger over - this will present the thumb on the new root note of the next scales (C and G respectively). Economy of movement!
